Yes. Points, the “Pay with points” panel and vouchers work in both the classic and the block Cart and Checkout.
Points are pending until the order reaches the status you choose, and are taken back in proportion to partial or full refunds.
Referral rewards need a first paid order and are blocked for self-referrals. You can also cap signups per IP and rewards per 30 days.
Yes. Points, vouchers and referral data are included in WordPress’s personal data export and erasure.
