Smart Loyalty is a digital product: a plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping fees or delivery addresses to worry about.
When Stripe confirms your payment, we create your account on this site automatically (if you do not already have one) and email you a receipt and your login details. Your plugin download and licence key are available under My account › Downloads, and are also sent to the email address you used at checkout.
Delivery is electronic and normally completes within minutes of payment confirmation. If your payment is still pending, for example while a bank verifies it, delivery starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
First check your spam or junk folder, then sign in at My account to see your order and downloads. If anything is missing, email hello@hifidevs.com with your order number and we will resend it, usually within two business days.
Your licence includes one year of updates and support. New versions are available to download from your account during that time.
Every licence is a one-time purchase for one year of updates and support. It does not renew automatically and we never charge you again unless you place a new order. If your licence term ends, the plugin keeps working with the data you already have.
